Master Stylist Ebony Selima is a cut above the rest! As a Celebrity TV & Film hair stylist mentor, serial salon owner, and educator she has brought her riveting- creative hairstyles, southern hospitality, and healthy - hair-growing hands to the tri-state area and has made an explosive impact on the hair scene! Her love of hair started during her youth, and her expertise evolved as she challenged herself through high school! Ebony Selima continued her education at Denmark Technical College, where she graduated with her cosmetology degree in 2000. She launched her first salon in 2009 in South Carolina and later moved to New Haven, CT to launch Salon E’ Selim. As a lifelong learner, Ebony Selima continues to build and enhance her knowledge and skill-set through board certifications like Design Essentials, Patrick Bailey, Film & TV classes with B.T.C.A., Naked Hair Influential, and more. She has an innate ability to integrate the latest trends, techniques, and styles in the hair industry through her life’s work! While honing her passion for hair care, philanthropy, and education, Ebony Selima has been recognized multiple times for her business savvy and her heart for her community! As her empire continues to expand, Ebony Selima has launched her latest salon & advance training academy entitled, Salon E Selim!

Israel M. White aka “Izzy The Stylist" is a creative artist, who entered the hair industry in 2015. Israel obtained his training at Academy Di Capelli in East Hartford. He currently specializes in luxurious blowouts, silk pressing, and aspiring cut and colorist. Izzy is always learning and educating himself on new techniques. He is currently certified L’Oreal, Goldwell, and Wella color lines. He is a firm believer in healthy hair first. He is a true perfectionist to his craft and will not let you leave his chair until you are fully satisfied.

Shania(SHUH-nye-uh) Wauchope is a native of Patterson New Jersey, received her cosmetology license from Passaic County Technical Institute's School of Cosmetology in Wayne, NJ. She is also a BA graduate at UNH of science. In Shania's words, " I've always had a deep love for the hair and makeup industry since I was a child which helped me to continue to hone my skills in the modeling industry, slaying at photo shoots and making waves at events like the Bronx Fashion Week". My expertise lies in locs and protective styles such as box braids, soft locs, and twists but I'm always eager to learn more and grow in my craft. Along with that i'm also the brains behind Scientific Beauty. It is my very own brand that’s all about the science of self-care with natural handmade hair and body products. I prioritize transparency in making sure people know the science behind the products they're using, because knowledge is power!
